I think it’s safe to say we all like to save money and time! I think this recipe does both!

Directioins:

Unthaw frozen stir fry veggies according to package. Set aside.

For Sauce:

Combine all ingredients into sauce pan and heat on low for 3-5 minutes

  • Frozen stir fry Veggies
  • Roasted Chicken
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tsp ground dry mustard
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • TT Black pepper

Optional – red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well

When just done, add 1/2 to 2/3 of sauce, mix and let thicken slightly – about a minute and serve. Add roasted chicken (I used leftovers )

Optional- Serve with a bed of rice, top with red pepper flakes
