Asian Inspired Collard Green Wraps
Makes 6-8 Wraps
- 6-8 Collard Green Leaves
- 1 cup diced onions
- ¼ cup of sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/8 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- TT Salt and Pepper
- Shredded chicken
Sautee onions in sesame oil and add ginger and garlic. Add carrots and bean sprouts into sautéed mixture. Flavor with rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Add already cooked shredded chicken to mixture.
Blanch collard greens in boiling water for 2 minutes. Quickly cool down in ice bath.
Take bean sprout mixture and wrap in collard green leaf.
